The Finance Committee safeguards the fiscal health and sustainability of the Whole Cyber Human Initiative (WCHI).
It oversees budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance with nonprofit and donor requirements. The committee ensures that every dollar advances WCHI’s mission to provide accessible cybersecurity education and veteran workforce development.
This committee also supports strategic financial planning — balancing responsible stewardship with innovation funding for projects like the Lighthouse Cortext Node, SkillBridge programs, and educational infrastructure.

A finance or accounting professional with experience in nonprofit budgeting or government contracting. CPA or nonprofit financial management background preferred.

Supports fiscal oversight and leads internal audit sub-teams.

Serves as liaison between the board and the Finance Committee.
